Daryan Wilkinson founded The Wilkinson Firm on a single observation: behavioral health, IDD, and community health organizations were being served by HR firms that didn't understand them. The compliance stack is different. The turnover patterns are different. The workforce pressures are different. And nobody was building for it.
So he built it himself.
Every proprietary framework at TWF - The Workup™, the Signature Programs™, the Workforce Emotional Index™, PlacementCare™ - was designed from first principles inside operating HHS organizations before it was ever named. TWF's methodology didn't come from a textbook. It came from watching what breaks when providers try to scale without HR infrastructure, and engineering the fix.
Before founding TWF, Daryan built a reputation in conflict resolution, sales strategy, and organizational problem-solving. His background isn't in HR theory - it's in seeing gaps that experienced operators miss, building systems that close them, and staying until those systems run without him.
Today TWF fields a bench that includes certified HR strategists, PHR-credentialed implementers, a former EEOC administrative law judge, Fortune-500 operations leaders, and licensed clinicians, and publishes workforce market data for 90 Southeast metros. Daryan assembled every one of them.
