Do you carry professional liability insurance?

Yes. We carry both Errors & Omissions (E&O) and general liability insurance. Coverage details are available upon request and included in our standard MSA.

Can we start with one program and expand later?

Absolutely. We encourage starting with a single program and expanding over time. Multi-program clients receive preferred pricing and streamlined service delivery.

What does contracting look like?

We use a standard Master Service Agreement (MSA) that covers service terms, insurance, IP, and compliance obligations. Typical MSA negotiation takes 5-10 business days and covers all future statements of work.
