Workforce Workup
DAY 45TWF’s proprietary diagnostic assessment. We evaluate your workforce infrastructure across compliance, culture, retention systems, and operational readiness. This is the same clinical-grade assessment our retained clients receive. Organizations that complete the Workup convert to full engagement at 70%, compared to 30% without it.
