TWF’s proprietary diagnostic assessment. We evaluate your workforce infrastructure across compliance, culture, retention systems, and operational readiness. This is the same clinical-grade assessment our retained clients receive. Organizations that complete the Workup convert to full engagement at 70%, compared to 30% without it.

Is this really free?
Yes. Founding Partners receive the full $16,050+ in Year One deliverables at no cost. TWF invests first because we believe that demonstrated value builds the strongest partnerships. There is no obligation to convert to a retained engagement.
How are partners selected?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We evaluate mission alignment, organizational readiness, and the mutual value the partnership can generate. Only 12 Founding Partner slots are available per region.
Do we have to be an HHS provider?
No. WPE is designed for mission-aligned organizations that are adjacent to the HHS ecosystem: chambers, nonprofits, schools, professional firms, and purpose-built companies that share our values and serve similar communities.
What happens after 90 days?
At Day 90, your Workforce Health Score is finalized and you choose a path forward: Signature Program for full SCAN.BUILD.STAY engagement, or Embedded HR for dedicated ongoing support. You can also remain a WPE network member with continued peer access.
What is the Workforce Health Score?
A proprietary benchmarking metric that measures your workforce infrastructure across compliance, culture, retention, and operational readiness. It gives you a clear, quantified view of where you stand compared to sector norms and where investment will produce the highest return.
