How long does the diagnostic take?
The assessment itself is 90 minutes with your leadership team. Report delivery and debrief happen within 5 business days.
Who should participate?
Ideally your executive director, HR manager, and one clinical leader. Smaller organizations may have this in one or two people.
What happens after I get the report?
You have a 30-minute debrief call where we walk through your scores and recommendations. You have 60 days to apply your diagnostic credit toward a Signature Program.
Can the diagnostic be done virtually?
Yes. We conduct diagnostics via video conference. We can also do them in person. Your report and debrief are the same either way.
Is the information confidential?
Completely. Your findings are yours alone. We do not share your specific scores or responses with anyone.
What if I do not want to do a Signature Program?
