Mike Kipphorn is the operational backbone of The Wilkinson Firm. As Managing Partner and HR Director of Strategy & Implementation, he ensures every TWF engagement translates from diagnostic insight into functioning workforce infrastructure.
Before TWF, Mike built and led HR departments across industries — including Director of Human Resources at Heller Capital and operational leadership roles at Four Seasons Produce and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
